张啸杰,男,博士,讲师。毕业于纽约市立大学(研究生院),获计算机科学博士学位。主要研究方向是分布式计算(云计算、雾计算、边缘计算等)、博弈论、联邦学习、深度强化学习等,担任IEEE INFOCOM、Heliyon、SENSORS、IEEE SmartSys(TPC)、IEEE Globecom、IEE ICC、IEEE SECON、ICA3PP(TPC)等期刊会议审稿人。
