秦海,博士,博士后,讲师,中共党员。博士毕业于湖南大学电气与信息工程学院,获电气工程专业博士学位。主要研究方向为机器人智能感知与控制,计算机视觉,机器学习等。主要讲授《智能控制技术》、《机器人技术基础》、《机器学习》等本科生课程。目前以第一作者(含导师第一本人第二)或通讯作者发表学术论文7篇,出版学术专著1部,授权中国发明专利17项,PCT国际发明专利检索1项,软件著作权1项。担任国际期刊Journal of Autonomous Intelligence专题“robot perception and artificial intelligence” 客座副主编。参与国家重点研发计划项目2项,国家自科基金重点项目1项。
