卢颖,女,博士,讲师,中共党员。毕业于中国科学院大学,获工学博士学位。

主要从事新型信息存储材料、器件及电路设计研究,包括:柔/弹性阻变式随机存取存储器(RRAM)、阈值选通器、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)等。目前共发表学术论文7篇,授权国家发明专利1项,授权实用新型专利1项。
